Nutshell is a workspace for analysts. Everything you type is plain Markdown underneath, so your work is never locked into the app.
Pages for writing
Text with the usual formatting, footnotes and links, stored as plain Markdown underneath.
Tables for data
Typed fields for currency, dates, checkboxes, people and files, with grouping and sorting.
Maths in place
Write formulas in LaTeX and see them rendered right on the page.
Diagrams as text
Describe diagrams in Mermaid, so they live in version control alongside everything else.
Works offline
Every device keeps a local database, so your workspace opens instantly with or without a connection.
Syncs everywhere
Changes sync between your devices in the background, so you can pick up where you left off.

Nutshell isn't a web page in a wrapper. Each version is built with its platform's own tools, so it looks, feels and behaves the way you expect on the device in front of you.
